12 on the 12th

A friend passed along a great idea: simply take 12 pictures on the 12th of each month for a year. It's harder than you might think, but I hope it will capture the everyday life that is often overlooked.

Here's the first month.

From left to right:
1. Molly woke up with some wild hair.
2. Her hair slowly started to deflate.
3. Molly's toys ready for the day. She loves to empty the basket of books one book at a time.
4. Dudley's "squawnky" toy. Molly tries to get a hold of this toy and chew it before I throw it out of the living room. Dudley inevitably retrieves it back to the living room.
5. Molly has figured out how to open the wipes.
6. I put some colorful socks on Molly and she just wanted to take them off.
7. Success!
8. One of the coldest days of the year and Molly spent a good portion of the day barefoot! Brrrr.
9. Molly and Dudley play tug of war with her toy.
